We specialize in the management of single family homes, medical offices, apartments and commercial properties. Our emphasis is on small and mid-sized complexes which enable us to pay due care and attention to the problems of the property and of the owners, unlike many larger management companies who cannot afford the quality time to do so.

The Principals

Chris Wright has been actively involved in many aspects of the real estate industry since 1973, starting with the sales of single family homes to the construction and development of apartment buildings and housing tracts. In 1987 through 1991, he implemented over $150 million of joint ventures with builders and developers as Vice President (Real Estate) for California Federal Bank. He was responsible for partnership negotiations and project management. He is also active with the sales and leasing of commercial and industrial space in the San Gabriel Valley.

Kaylee Wright has been licensed as a real estate agent in the State of California since 1973. She also handles the day to day operations of the property management business and is always available to answer concerns and inquiries.

Simon Wright, a graduate of University of San Diego in 2002, has completed studies in Marketing and Business Negotiations. As a former marketing team intern he served large corporations by analyzing supply chain management. He also served as VP of Finance for the Supply Chain Management Association at USD in 2001-2002. Since 2003 his property sales have totaled over $10 million. Currently, he is supervising all commercial property portfolio management, and WPM's larger scale of residential property portfolio management in Southern California . He is a licensed broker and glad to assist with your property needs.

Gene Roybal, licensed real estate agent, has been active in the real estate business since the mid-sixties and has been involved in property sales as well as property management. His Spanish bi-lingual skills along with the experience gained as plant production manager for a large plastics company provide the team with the benefits of personnel coordination and sub-contractor relations.

Julie Roybal, a graduate of University of La Verne, with an emphasis in Organizational Management, is poised to continue a long family history of success in real estate. She has lived in the San Gabriel Valley community all her life and is excited to make a larger impact in the community she has grown to know and love so well. She is a licensed agent and is looking forward to matching clients with properties that suit their needs.

Michael Thomsen, a graduate of University of San Diego in 2002, has completed studies in both International Relations as well as Business Administration. He has worked in internet commerce, conducted contract negotiations for the defense industry, and most recently has spent time working in commercial real estate finance specializing in CMBS.  He is a licensed agent and is very excited to bring his mix of experience to WPM.
